Clint, Dana, Onalee, Hailee, and Branson. Clint’s family comes from a background of working on a dairy farm for over 50 years. We currently own 6 acres. Our family loves to be outdoors camping, hunting, fishing, and spending much time in the garden during the warm months.
In 2016 we decided to add to our family and purchased our first dog, Lady. Lady was a silver lab and she was a wonderful addition to our growing family. Lady was extremely good with the kids and everyone; she was just an all-around fantastic family pet. In 2017, she had her first litter of puppies. Lady was an excellent mother to all her puppies. After watching Lady and seeing how well she cared for her babies, we began thinking about hobby breeding. After careful thought, lots of research, and learning, we began searching for a male silver lab. In 2017, we found our male stud whom we named Dozer. In 2019, we decided to add a standard poodle to our family. Tootsie Roll is what we named her because she is a chocolate poodle.
Many people that want a silver lab just want a different color but the lab breed. As a dairy farmer, I took pride in the genetics and particular traits of our cattle breeding program. I wanted a particular look in our silver labs. I myself am a little more partial to the English lab look, so I took on the search for a dog that was a little deeper chested, had more of a blocky head, and had a little thicker fur because some silver labs tend to have thinning hair coats and allergies. We also made it a point to purchase dogs with great health traits. At this time, our dogs have not been embark tested or health certified, but they came from great genetic blood lines that have been tested and certified.
We have been breeding for over seven years as hobby breeders, and we enjoy seeing the different puppies that have been through our breeding program. Our dogs are all AKC registered, and they are all part of our family!
As of 2025, we no longer breed doodles as we had complications in 2024 with our dam, so we only breed silver labs now.
